1. Tour Cancellations by Customer
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
2. Tour Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. No-Show Policy
Customers who fail to show up at the scheduled departure time will not be eligible for any refund.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
